By accessing or using Velocity Hub Medical's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Velocity Hub Medical provides a practice operations and patient engagement platform designed for healthcare providers. Our services include automated scheduling, patient communication, billing automation, intake forms, and reporting tools. We are NOT an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system and do not store clinical patient records.
To use our services, you must:
Be a licensed healthcare provider or authorized representative of a healthcare practice
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Be at least 18 years of age
Our services are provided on a subscription basis:
Billing: Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
Setup Fees: One-time setup fees are due upon service commencement
Price Changes: We will provide 30 days notice of any price changes
Refunds: Setup fees are non-refundable; monthly fees may be prorated upon cancellation
Late Payments: Accounts with overdue balances may be suspended
You agree NOT to:
Use our services for any unlawful purpose
Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt our services
Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
Use our platform in violation of HIPAA or other healthcare regulations
Velocity Hub Medical is designed to support HIPAA compliance. We will enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with covered entities as required. However, you remain responsible for ensuring your use of our platform complies with all applicable healthcare regulations.
All content, features, and functionality of our platform are owned by Velocity Hub Medical and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services during your subscription period.
You retain ownership of all data you input into our platform. We claim no ownership rights over your practice or patient data. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velocity Hub Medical shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Velocity Hub Medical from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of third parties.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your access to our services will cease, and you may request data export.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
